Ann Acheson
My life’s journey is a coming home and living into my roots. I landed here in Alstead, New Hampshire over 30 years ago. I had a healing arts practice for 25 of those years. I am currently engaged with tending the land on which I live using permaculture practices to grow fruit and raise chickens. With a collective intention towards cultivating the restoration of the commons, I am also currently engaged with a garden project in which families in my community are growing vegetables together.Bonnie Jo Radasch, Michele Steckler, and I offer an attunement circle on the last Sunday of each month for the CIYO community. Magda Barceló
Aware of the nature and complexity of personal, collective and global challenges of our time, Magda works as an executive coach and a consultant in the fields of diversity and inclusion, leadership development and organisational learning. Her passion is tosupport individuals and organisations reaching their full potential. She coaches at her private practice and is an associate consultant with Pluribus Europe.She started her career in the corporate sector with several executive positions in the fields of exports and marketing. Her call to make an impact in the world prompted her involvement with the social sector by running and developing microfinance programs. For nearly the last 10 years, she has enjoyed supporting organisations and individuals through her work as a trainer and consultant. Fluent in five languages, Magda wrote the book ‘Tu vida épica’, a self-paced guide to finding your own purpose in life. She also co-authored the books ‘Inclusion Around the Clock’ and ‘Gatherings: how to participate in, host or facilitate rEvolutions with abracadabra’, a practical toolkit to participatory facilitation techniques. She collaborates periodically with Spanish media platforms through her writing and participation in radio programs on the topics of personal growth and awakening.
Annette Beerens
Open, honest, deeply spiritual, nature lover. Grounded in the art of Being. Annette offers a wide safe natural space to encounter new questions as well as hidden talent in your own life. Since 2011 affiliated with CIYO, via dear friend Danielle Doeve. As a therapist and solopreneur with over 25 years of experience, she has guided many individuals through life changes by using her connection with Nature. Licensed Horticultural Therapist, Nature coach, Vision Quest leader, facilitator and teacher. She worked for several health care centers and has taught lessons of Nature in all kinds of Commented [JZ1]: link to attunement page educational settings. Annette has alsoreceived unique training at the School of Lost Borders in guiding Vision Quests and The Practice of Living and Dying. She recovered from colon cancer in 2019. Therefore especially experienced in holding space for life in all it’s mystery to flow through her body. She lives with her 10 year old son, Kadir, in a small wooden house between the trees near the town of Nijmegen, in the Eastern part of the Netherlands with her daughter Mila nearby.
Peri Chickering
Peri is a coach, consultant, leadership educator and herbalist. Her early career as a mountaineer and wilderness guide took her traveling around the world. Out of these years she created wilderness-based leadership schools in South Africa and Bulgaria. Taking her leadership work from the outdoors inside, her clients now span private, governmental, and nonprofit sectors. Examples of the range of her clients include: Disney Theatrical, USDA Forest Service, World Bank, Stanford Woods Institute, University of Chicago, and Renaissance Reinsurance. She holds a master’s in human development and a PhD in human and organizational systems. Situated in the small town of Hancock, NH, she, her husband, their cat, and two horses steward fifty-five acres of beautiful woodlands passed down from her grandmother.
Elizabeth Davis
Elizabeth is a retiree of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) after a 17-year career in this private sector arm of the World Bank Group (WBG). She led broad organizational change initiatives to create, sustain, and deliver consistently high-quality information assets. In her last three years, she managed the WBG/IFC’s three premier leadership development programs to create diverse and committed leaders in the non-managerial ranks of the organization. Liz retired to a beautiful refuge in Vermont where she is increasingly involved in various boards, local government, women’s circles, and a gardening society, all with the aim of contributing to local resiliency. Liz is inspired by and seeks to support women in their search for a meaningful life. CIYO has been the anchor in her own transformational journey since 2009. Liz became the Treasurer of The Ashland Institute in 2019 and continues in this role supporting the global CIYO network.
Daniëlle Doeve
Daniëlle is an experienced holistic coach/trainer and guides people on their path of personal transformation.It is her passion to connect women with their life mission, inner wisdom and authentic power through 1-1 coaching, inner leadership programs and connected breath sessions. She has inspired many people to follow the path with a big beating heart. Danielle is committed to contribute to a more loving and beautiful world where we live in harmony with ourself, each other and with nature. Daniëlle lives in Amsterdamtogether with her husband and two teenagers.
She is also the co-founder of HeartFirethat organisesceremonial concerts and conscious events that open the heart and bring people together. It is time to come home to yourself.

Cécile is the author of the novel Rose, letters of love to life, that invites the reader to ponder on spiritual practices, the presence of human kind in nature and to slow down to reclaim the sense of our sensing.
An independent consultantfor two decades, she dedicated her energy to bringing harmony and mutual understanding to strengthen cooperation and co-creation. She supports leaders and their team to unfold their potential through dialogue and to being more connected to themselves. She invites them to dare including the intelligence of the heart in all conversations.Cécile is a polyglot, an mBIT Master coach & trainer, weaving neuroscience with old wisdom traditions, and holds a BAH in English Literature and Communication.She has the great pleasure to be working with Pluribus Global a DEI-Boutique as a Senior Associate. As a faculty member and mentor of "Coming Into Your Own", she holds women's leadership retreats in the local language in several European Countries.Cécile Masson was born in Zürich, Switzerland and settled in The Netherlands after having lived and worked in various European countries. Laure Massuel
Laure initially started her career in Marketing and Project Management in Germany. After a couple of years she moved back to France and settled down in Brittany, where she still lives. Soon after, she felt her job was senseless and realized that she was not going the right way. She quit and went back to college where she earned a Master Degree in Work Psychology.Laure is currently a coach in professional development. She is fond of helping people find their own life path and professional way. In other words, helping them find their deep motivation, know themselves, listen to their interior voice, respect themselves and thrive.She recently trained in mind-body integrated technics: meditation, positive psychology and stress reduction tools.She is the happy mother of three boys. Confidence, autonomy and non-judgment are strong guiding values for her.

Michele, a human potential producer with three decades of experience leading creative process and collaboration, is dedicated to awakening personal power across all generations. An expansive career in the theatre, from avant-garde stage manager to Broadway producer, provides the foundation for consulting, speaking and facilitating Listening & Story Labs sharing a model of practice called Producing Your Life. Michele is equally comfortable in aconference room, classroom or onstage, offering expertise in leadership development, transitions, communication and mentoring. Her fourteen-years with Disney Theatrical Group began in 1997 as the original Assistant Director on The Lion King, eventually becoming Senior Producer overseeing multiple Disney titles on stages around the world. Passionate about honoring the human instinct to connect, Michele partners on diverse projects in the arts, business and education, creating opportunities for people to develop essential skills to grow and thrive in the 21st century.
